Dr. Huong Nguyen works at the intersection of strategy, human resources, and strategic foresight. She is passionate about building future-ready workplaces and communities where people have the support and capabilities to adapt to change.

Huong’s perspective is shaped by diverse experiences, including developing strategies for New Zealand government agencies, designing people experience initiatives, collaborating with the OECD, and judging global futures endeavours (for both the Association of Professional Futurists and the Next Generation Foresight Practitioners Fellowship). Grounded in systems thinking and inclusive leadership, Huong brings curiosity and care to how people, communities and organisations prepare for what’s next.
