Opportunities with Kites Trust

This page brings together all opportunities to engage with Kites Trust. This includes employment, Board roles, strategic partnership, collaboration, and requests for advice aligned with our kaupapa.

Engaging with Kites Trust means entering a peer‑led organisation with clear expectations about how we work together. Culture, relationships, and accountability are central to all roles and forms of engagement. The way we show up matters.

Our commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi

Kites Trust is committed to the active promotion of and adherence to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. This commitment is embedded in our Trust Deed and reflected in our ways of working, particularly through whānaungatanga, manaakitanga, and oritetanga.

We recognise Māori as tāngata whenua and affirm Te Tiriti o Waitangi as the founding document of Aotearoa New Zealand and a constant statement of partnership, tino rangatiratanga, and mana motuhake. We believe in the right for Māori to define their own priorities and seek to demonstrate cultural responsiveness through action.

Below you will find current opportunities to engage with Kites Trust. These may include employment, Board roles, partnerships, or other ways of working alongside us.
