She has spent 25 years working in urban planning, property, and development including senior leadership and governance roles. Imogen Goldsmith
Imogen is a proud mum to one, a budding soil geek and a 4th generation die-hard Wellingtonian. She is forever preoccupied with problem-solving the world’s challenges, and imagining radical ways communities can transform, adapt and thrive in the face of change. In her working life she has been a community-based social worker for the past 10 years, spending the last 5 years in a kaupapa Māori NGO supporting whānau with their mental health. Her therapeutic practice has a strong emphasis on radical authenticity, relational safety, mindful-somatic psychotherapy and understanding neurodivergent experiences. Exploring possibilities for better networks of care, healing and interdependent resilience is her happy place, and what she hopes to bring to the Kites Trust Board whānau.
