Our current projects

At Kites we believe that we can often achieve better results when working together with other organisations and individuals.

Kites is happy to work in partnership to develop new ideas and projects that align with our principles and strategic plan.

Kites is working in partnership with Whitireia to develop and embed the voice of lived experience in the courses delivered at Whitireia Community College.

This exciting work is helping to broaden the understanding of lived experience for both students and staff.

Kites is a programme partner for two projects in collaboration with the University of Otago Wellington.

We are proud to be involved in the World of Difference programme which brings the voice of lived experience to Medical Students and NZ Police Cadets.

Kites is a MOU holder with MHAPS for the delivery of Intentional Peer Support in New Zealand.

Intentional Peer Support provides a powerful framework for creating relationships where both people learn and grow together.
